Visionary was born out of a need - the need for people to have a trusted partner during one of the most important and hardest periods of life - when they start building their own home.
A home is not just four walls, floor and ceiling. Home is a place where you wake up with a feeling of safety. It's where your kids learn how to walk and where you keep your most treasured memories. It's a space we call our own and it deserves to be made with attention, care and understanding.
This is why we don't just offer renovations or design. We offer support - from the beginning to the last detail. We help you chose your property, we consult on financing options, we create functional and beautiful projects, we manage the renovation work, we craft the furniture, we clean and we maintain. And all this - in line with the needs, time and capabilities of our client.

Our personal story
My name is Yoan Radev - co-founder at Visionary.
My journey in the world of construction began in my childhood when I was helping my family with renovations. Life made me face responsibilities early - at 13-14 years old I started working in construction, which taught me patience, hard work and responsibility.
Years later I met my partner - not just in life, but in work as well. Surprisingly, we both share the same passion: creating beautiful, durable and functional spaces.
It wasn't enough for me to know how construction goes - I wanted to know why the home is so important to people. Precisely this inspired me to enhance my knowledge with a second higher eductation in interior design, so that I don't just build, but create end to end solutions.
In the year 2020 we created Visionary together - not just a company, but a platform for making dreams come true.
Since then, our goal has been one: to make the creation of a dream home or the right investment property possible without stress for our customers.
